Phase is a Windows desktop application that automates sequences of in-game key and mouse input in Minecraft, triggered by a hotkey you choose. A PowerShell edition with the same macros is included at no extra cost.
Two ways to buy, both giving the same software:
These are launch prices. If they go up later, an existing monthly subscription stays on the price it started at.
Immediately. Payment unlocks the download in your account dashboard — there is no email to wait for and no licence key to enter. You log in to the app with the same email and password you use here.
Phase is a digital download you get access to straight away. By buying, you are asking for immediate access and you accept that this ends the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU law would otherwise give you for online purchases (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
That said: if it does not work, you get your money back. Email within 14 days of buying, tell us what happens on your machine, and if we cannot get it working you will be refunded in full.
What is not refundable: changing your mind after it works, or being banned from a server. See the warning below — that risk is yours, and it is the reason it is written on the page rather than buried.
Cancel any time by emailing us; it stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and part-months are not refunded.
Most Minecraft servers forbid macros, and some anti-cheat systems (Grim, Vulcan and others) detect the kind of sub-tick input Phase produces. Using it can get your account banned. We do not control that, we cannot appeal it for you, and a ban is not grounds for a refund. If that risk is not acceptable to you, do not buy this.
A licence covers one person. You can sign in on more than one of your own PCs — there is no hardware lock — but an account being used by several people at once may be suspended.
We store your email address, a hash of your password, whether you have an active plan, and the keybinds and delays you save. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — card details never reach our servers. Nothing is sold or passed to anyone else. Email us to have your account and settings deleted.

Include your account email and what the app or script printed when it went wrong — it makes the difference between one reply and five.
